| Small glitch that always gives away when a pokemon will break out of ball or not. Posted: 04 Jun 2020 06:36 PM PDT Small and insignificant though interesting glitch I noticed. Whenever you have a research task that requires you to make x number of nice, great, or excellent throws - if you make one of these throws and the little icon immediately pops up on the bottom right the Pokémon will break out. If the little icon on the bottom right doesn't appear it means it will be a catch and will show up after the "gotcha" text is displayed. I first noticed this on snubbull day and confirmed it with the current research. [link] [comments] | ||

My favorite part of Pokémon battles in the game series was the unique mix up of opposing Pokémon. However, it seems that people can't scrape out a win without resorting to the easy way out. | I'd like to give some credit where credit is due Posted: 05 Jun 2020 08:56 AM PDT Sure Niantic may not be perfect and as a community, we've had our fair share of complaints, but I'll be damned if it hasn't given me one of the greatest gaming experiences of my life, transcending a simple screen and button stationary game. It gives me something to look forward to whenever I have to leave my home, run errands, or simply venture out into the world. It doesn't shove offers down your throat for more money. When you log into most mobile games out there, you need to navigate through screens of offers and deal with a million ways for you to spend money for functions in game that are locked behind pay walls. With pogo, they may have ways for players to get more opportunities at certain pokemon, shinies, or movesets, but the opportunities are still there for the free to play and almost always cycle back in future. Thought I'd share my thoughts and appreciation and hope this was a positive read for players out there. [link] [comments] | ||
