    [Serious] On Monday, A beloved member of our Pokemon Go Community was murdered in an act of domestic violence. We are holding a memorial raid at her favorite gym on Sunday. Kirlia was her favorite Pokemon. Is there someone from Niantic who can help us make that raid happen?

    Hello fellow trainers,

    On Monday, a beloved member of the Pokemon Go Richmond Community, Mui Ung Barron (whom we fondly referred to by her in game name of 'BozosMom') was tragically murdered by her husband in an act of domestic violence.

    For a source on this, please refer to the following article, which also mentions her love of Pokemon.

    Mui's favorite gym in the whole wide world was a nearby church in the area.

    So, this Sunday, we're going to be holding a memorial raid at that gym in her honor (Please Note: we will of course be staying in cars with windows up in order to respect social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic).

    One thing about Mui is that her absolute favorite Pokemon was Kirlia. Most of us have set Kirlia as a buddy Pokemon in remembrance of her.

    Understanding that Kirlia is not currently in the raid pool, I came here to ask if there were any Niantic representatives in here who would be able to make an exception for us.

    If a Niantic rep is able to message me, I'd be happy to provide more details about the gym we're raiding at, and even screen proof about Mui's unbridled enthusiasm for Kirlia.

    This is a tough time for our community, and if anyone is able to help, it would be greatly appreciated.

    This is the amount it should always have been. Normally I wouldn't bother getting my buddy excited, just because it took waaayyy to much time and effort. I know Niantic isn't going to change it after this event, because they will lose money over not selling Poffins.

    Niantic, if you read this, please keep this amount of hearts to get the buddy excited!

    Anyone else having problems at pokestops?

    Temporary pokestops

    Like the title suggests there should be an item in the game that lets us create a temporary pokestop. This would seriously help players in rural areas away from many stops. Also would be great during these days of isolation.

    I can see it working like this (and feel free to come up with your own ideas)

    The tempstop could work similar to the incubators. You get 1 with infinite uses and you can aquire some by level up or buy more with limited uses in the shop.

    Each Tempstop item can only be used once per day but you can place more then one if you have multiple Tempstop items, BUT when you place more then one down they have to be a certain distance from eachother so you have to walk to the next one to get it, you can't just place 5 done in one spot and grind you have to get up and move.

    When you place them they will have a certain amount of time untill they disapear. Lets say one hour in this case. This way we arent just creating new stops that are permanent.

    Other players can see and interact with these stops, that could let people work together to place multiple Tempstops to get more swips could help bring small comunities together.

    Also once placed they work exactly like normal pokestops you can place an incense on them for pokemon to apear more and there is a timer for how often you can swipe them.

    This would really help out those players that dont have any stops near them. Id be playing so much more if this was an actual item since i wouldnt have to drive a town over to play.

    Quick question about eggs.

    So I've been looking at the charts to see what hatch and silph road seems to have the most updated egg chart but lacking 7km eggs for me. Anyone know what they hatch? Juat curious since I've now hatched two aerodactyl from a 7km egg and my friend has hatched a non-alolan grimer and non-alolan meowth.

    It's no good for anyone that's not level 40. Even if you are level 40 you only see a small amount of variance in mons used. I miss the great league. Granted there's always "meta" mons regardless, but at least you get some extra variance in the lower leagues. I'm frustrated by the rotation in leagues.

    Just today alone it has happened twice that my phone rings or a video chat comes in during a Go Battle League match. The second one cost me a Pokemon encounter. I'm on an Android phone, is there any easy way to turn on a do not disturb that can easily be turned off after the match?

    Unexpected Luckies are the best Luckies by far

    Was reading a post about recent data-mining and the possibility of an event to help complete our Pokédex, so I started looking at what I was missing. Kanto & Johto completed. Missing Relicanth & Torkoal from Hoenn, then I noticed an entire family I'd never encountered. I finally figured out it was Ninjask, one of my favorite Pokémon from that Gen. My fiancé doesn't play often, and hasn't gone out much during the quarantine, but she got the last couple points on an old 10k today and hatched one. We hit best friends earlier, and just did our 1st trade in months before bed. My Dex edition Ninjask is lucky. This game is still making me smile.

    Go tatcha evolve on two phones, same Pokémon go account.

    Thinking of getting an evolve (it's cheaper than the other version). Will it work on two phones but same Pokémon go account. I have an old iPhone 5s I take out when running so would like to use it then but also have it on my main phone. It's not worth buying if I have to pick just one phone to use it with.

    Any other feedback on the device appreciated. Would it be worth spending the extra for the original version?
