    I can't see that this has been posted yet as many people are still guessing which spawns will appear during each hour, but i've found this on Niantic's website:

    These Pokémon will be appearing in the wild and attracted to Incense during the noted location-themed hour:

    Pallet Town: Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Caterpie, Weedle, Pidgey, Rattata, Spearow, Pikachu, and Zubat

    Pewter City: Nidoran♀, Nidoran♂, Clefairy, Paras, Diglett, Geodude, Magnemite, Onix, Voltorb, and Rhyhorn

    Cerulean City: Jigglypuff, Psyduck, Poliwag, Tentacool, Shellder, Krabby, Horsea, Goldeen, Staryu, and Magikarp

    Fuchsia City: Venonat, Abra, Ponyta, Grimer, Gastly, Drowzee, Exeggcute, Koffing, Omanyte, and Kabuto

    Pokémon League: Machop, Slowpoke, Doduo, Seel, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Jynx, Eevee, Porygon, and Dratini

    These Pokémon will not be appearing in the wild during the event, see below for how to encounter them:

    Farfetch'd, Kangaskhan, Mr Mime, Tauros, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, and Mewtwo will be appearing in Raids.

    Cubone, Lickitung, Chansey, Tangela, Lapras, Ditto, Aerodactyl, and Snorlax will appear as reward encounters from the GO Tour: Kanto Special Research tasks.

    If you select Red Version these Pokémon will be attracted to Incense during the event: Ekans, Oddish, Mankey, Growlithe, Scyther, and Electabuzz.

    If you select Green Version these Pokémon will be attracted to Incense during the event: Sandshrew, Vulpix, Meowth, Bellsprout, Magmar, and Pinsir.

    The devastation in Texas has people freezing with no power or heat. As it stands, the idea of having an event that involves going outside and walking to get everything during the middle of winter was already poorly planned.

    With the current winter storms taking over the mid-US it'd be great to schedule a redo a month or two from now. Because I know Niantic doesn't like doing too much work on geolocations, a blanket mid-US, CST event would not only cover Texas, but also all other states north of the state that were also pummeled by the snow storm.

    I ask this not out of any spite for the game, but because many people would have just burned $12 for nothing, which is completely unfair.

    PSA: Frustration removal on the 28th!

    Maybe you already saw this but if you're like me and didn't know how to get rid of shadow Pokémon frustration until recently, the event on the 28th from 11am and 2pm will allow you to do this with a charged tm! Don't miss out :D

    If you don't have revives and you are desperate to revive your favorite Pokémon then level it up a bit. It will be revived with a tiny bit of hp. You can then use potions to fully heal it.

    So I totally understand why initially these things are dubbed "mysterious components." Why in the world do they stay "mysterious"? Pretty sure we know they are pieces of a rocket radar... and its no mystery anymore.

    We need a chat system in Go

    All games that require interaction between players have a chat system. I don't get why they haven't implemented it in go yet. Lot of benefits when you can interact with nearby players.

    1) friendship XP can be coordinated on both sides to reap the benefits

    2) Find local players for raids. I see many players in my local gyms regularly. However I still have to depend on discord to get remote people to do raids. Finding these local players will be helpful.

    3) We can get trades done regularly.

    4) We can coordinate rotations in gyms to reap benefits

    I think the whole idea of Pokémon go is to meet new people and play together. So this is definitely a needed feature.

    Heads up: Next TM Away Frustration Day announced for 2/28

    Niantic announced that 2/28 will be a Raid Day, where you get 5 free passes in a day instead of 1. This also aligns with another free 3 remote passes, a new Giovanni quest and being able to TM away frustration. These are all some pretty big things so it is worth starting to prepare for them.

    Note: It is a three hour event from 11am to 2pm local time.

    Saturday event collection question

    I have read somewhere a couple of days ago, that "some" collector quests will be not only for saturday, but extended for the whole week, while others must be fullfilled within this saturday.

    Today I read something that ALL collector quests will be available for one week.

    Can someone please enlighten me, so I know what to expect tomorrow?

    Which shadow Pokémon are worth TM-ing away frustration in this month’s event?

    As a returning player (stopped in 2017, started again last October) I haven't had the opportunity before to TM away frustration on my shadows. I believe I have them all, most in multiples. I am just now starting to get into PvP but am very active PvE, about to hit lvl 41. Obviously Mewtwo gets Psystrike, but which other shadows are most worth developing? I am keeping them all as I need 100 for the level 45 purifying task, it's just a question of which besides M2 are worth the TM. Thanks!

    What are the least useful Pokémon in the game?

    Working on clearing out storage for tomorrow, and helping friends do the same. Which mons should be on the chopping block? Which mons are useless for both pvp AND pve?
