    Today is the dreaded day, the first spotlight hour since images were re enabled here on /r/pokemongo

    To that end I have set the automod to try and catch a few key words to filter the people who don't read in game news, into the mega thread. And to double as a repetative question filter as well.

    I am almost done with the sub redesign that will include the ability to filter our certain flairs so hopefully this will only be needed one or 2 more times!!!

    So to preemptively answer all the questions here we go:

    Why are there a thousand Skwovets on my screen? Because it is spotlight hour.

    What does this ring in the sky do? Nothing.

    Why cant the mods remove all these pictures? Because the community voted to allow them.

    As always we encourage users to do a precursory search/reading of topics on the sub before posting, and to read the in game news for ongoing events.
