    Have you been the one missing the Mewtwo EX raidpass?

    Maybe you haven't been lucky the whole week and that damn raid Tyrannitar ran and everyone else caught him.

    Or the worst part, maybe it's monday again?!

    Here we rant about everything that goes wrong, someone who sniped a gymspot ( ￣Д￣）, a missed Tyrannitar again (ಠ_ಠ) or that stupid bug which made you miss your raid because of the server desync, ending the raid prematurely (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ

    No personal insults, no trolls and provocation but all salty stuff is accepted.

    • Complaints can be posted here as well, agree that stuff needs to change here as well, like the spawn rate or gym bugs.

    Listen, I can remote raid with no issue, I can access about 6 gyms from home and one is in spinning distance

    But tell me how every single player is supposed to catch Espeon, Umbreon, Latias and Latios? If someone lives in a rural area their only option is to remote raid, especially under a pandemic. So they're relying on everyone to have access to enough high level players to take down a T5. They also seem to be under the impression that 3 remote raid passes is enough to catch 4 Pokemon, two of which are legendaries and not easy to catch anyway.

    Like personally, buying remote raid passes isn't an issue for me, I'll jump into a T5 raid if I'm invited (mostly because despite having 120 friends I can never catch 5 high levelled ones at once lmao) but do they genuinely think that EVERY player has enough money and access to high levelled players to do this challenge?
    The Johto event had a Ho-Oh task. They could at least have done the decent thing and made a special research thing to reward with Latias and Latios.

    Also, if you disagree with this, I can't tell you you're wrong, but I WOULD like to know why you think that making the game more accessible for rural players and people that don't have a lot of money is a bad thing.

    Why do Niantic put difficulty 5 raids on collection research?

    I got into Pokémon Go with a friend and we try to complete every special research puzzle etc. and have it as a challenge between us as to who can complete the most and who can complete them faster. When we saw the latest field research with Latios and Latias, we took part in a raid with 2 others. Our levels were 32, 30, 23, and 22. but even with the 4 of us, and me loosing 15 Pokémon, we couldn't even get the raid past 50%!

    I know we are lower levels and this is meant to make it. A challenge for higher leveled people, but it's just annoying that it's impossible for us to complete this.

    End rant.

    it's a really shitty one star but i'll still evolve it. it's pretty damn cool, and my first time catching a shadow shiny. the worst part is that i didn't even realize it was a shiny cuz it's literally just green still....

    Reminder: increased chances of lucky pokemon obtained through trading until 1pm today!!

    So if you have a few pokemon you wanted to trade there's still some time left for it (depending on where you live). Tip for new players: trading sometimes improves IVs of a pokemon and normally has 1/20 chances of yielding a lucky pokemon that takes half the stardust to power up and is usually at least 3-star one, so it's a great way of 're-rolling' some 0 and 1-star pokemon to see if you get a chance of getting higher IV and perhaps lucky ones.

    February events: from Tuesday, February 9th, 10am to Sunday, February 14, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. local time:

    • When you trade a Pokémon, it'll be more likely to become a Lucky Pokémon.
    • You're more likely to become Lucky Friends with your friends, so be sure to swap Gifts, battle in raids, and trade with them!
